Privacy policy
Privacy at CameraSignal
Effective date: October 3, 2026
CameraSignal is an informational website. It does not currently offer user accounts, comments, direct uploads, or a contact form.
Basic technical data
The hosting service may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security events.
Analytics and consent
CameraSignal uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the site, broad device and browser information, and general engagement such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics” in our consent notice.
Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can review or change that choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site.
Advertising and cookies
Advertising is not currently active. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before advertising cookies or personalised ads are used where consent is required.
External links
Guides link to manufacturer support and independent publications. Those sites have their own privacy policies and controls. CameraSignal is not responsible for their practices.
Data choices
You can decline analytics in the consent notice, reopen “Cookie settings” from any page, clear stored site data in your browser, or use browser privacy controls. You can also review Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s data practices.
Changes
This policy may change when site features, analytics, or advertising services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
